Tharsis . Design . OwnerShip

A system for marking objects with owners. Objects become owned under certain circumstances, and the ownership declares what others can do to this object. For example, killing someone elses pet is a pk/ally action only.

Whether the owner is present and can see the object

Should immediately apply to pets and corpses, also mobs? Or do they own themself and this has to use another system?
