  1. Skill difference cap. Player killers with 40 or more levels than another pk can't engage combat with eachother. This stops stronger players from bullying others low levelled players. (exceptions such as bounties and such could apply).
  2. Exp gained tilt. The bigger the skillgap between two players the less/more exp is gained from killing the other. Two players in the same level gain 75% exp. if the skillgap is bigger than 30 levels the higher player only gets 25% of the exp and 90% if it was the other way around. At the edge of the tilt it would be 100% and nothing gained. Propotional.
  3. PK only guilds. Joining this guild (example; assasin, knight, chaos mage) makes you pk.

Discussion

  • I Think this would be a good idea, and encourage player killing, although, maybe these may add to the willingness of players:
    • Players may claim sancturary inside churches and religious buildings.
    • Depending on the amount of exp divided, the slain PK keeps the remainder of the exp, this creating less of a worry about being killed.
  • The main problem with it, players choose to turn PK and are then repeatedly killed, pretty much taking the will to play away. I'm not sure it's fair for a higher PK to be restricted to who they kill, but if that problem could be addressed then it would make sense to me. I realise it's 'their fault' for going PK, but I don't think they should suffer for it and we should essentially lose our player base.
